• National Change of Address (NCOA) list processing
• Merge new with existing list(s), purge duplicates based on name and/or address match

  

Mailing Services:

• Assistance in design of mailing/marketing materials
• CASS certification of list insures compliance with USPS regulations for automated postage rates
• Guaranteed lowest possible (bulk) postal rates; First Class, Standard Class, Nonprofit, Biz Return
• Inkjet addresses directly onto mail pieces (avoid labels)
• Print personalized letters for direct marketing
• Collating / Folding / Inserting / Sealing / Tabbing
• Anything we can’t do using machines we will do manually

  

Kit Assembly:

• Literature packs, 3-ring binders, marketing kits, benefits kits, new employee handbooks, etc.
• Any type of repetitive motion work that needs to get done

  

FILLPROS has been inspected by the State of Wisconsin and holds a Food Warehouse License

  

Product Samples and Service:

• Assistance in design and development of sample programs
• Mailing / shipping services for literature and product samples
• Preparation, stocking and shipping of show booths to anywhere in the U.S.

  

Warehouse Pick/Pack/Ship Services:

• Store product on-site; we pick/pack & ship to final destination

      Flexible printing for sales & promotional material on plastic credit card sized material

• Membership cards, identification cards, loyalty cards, etc.

  

Rebate Programs:

• Assistance in design and development of product rebate programs
• Evaluation of mail-in rebates; process rejections and cut rebate checks
